We offer several shipping options:
Shipping times are estimates and begin when your order leaves our facility, not when you place your order.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take 3-5 business days.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Some plant varieties may have additional shipping restrictions to certain states.
For the health of your plants, we may delay shipping during extreme weather conditions (extreme heat or cold). If this affects your order, we will notify you.
We recommend being available to receive your plant delivery to prevent prolonged exposure to outdoor conditions.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
If your plants arrive damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@greenoasis.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
