We want you to be completely satisfied with your Green House purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Return Policy for Live Plants

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we offer a 14-day guarantee from the date of delivery. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 14 days, please contact us with photos and we'll replace it or issue a refund.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• You must provide photos showing the damaged or unhealthy plant
• The plant must have been cared for according to our provided instructions

Return Policy for Non-Plant Items

Pots, tools, and other non-plant items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service at support@greenHouse.com with your order number and photos (for plants)
2. We will provide return instructions if applicable
3. For non-plant items, ship the item back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping)
4. Once received, we will process your refund or replacement

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return or approve your claim. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Custom or special order plants
• Plants that have been improperly cared for

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
